Domestic Airline Pacific Sun has introduced more flights to Labasa on Saturdays and Sundays.
Chief Executive Manoa Kamikamica said the decision to introduce more flights to Labasa is based on the increase in the number of people travelling to and from Labasa.
He said due to the sudden increase in the bookings, they are now introducing additional flights.
Kamikamica believes the additional flights will be a relief to people as there were complaints about booking problems and unavailability of flights.
