PIRA Chairman Keni Dakuidreketi said they had discussions with a few companies and are in the process of making an announcement.
It is understood that Digicel has shown interest in sponsoring the Pacific Islanders team, which will have players from Fiji, Samoa and Tonga.
Meanwhile Pacific Islanders coach Quddus Fialea said with a combination of fitness and talent, they may pull off a win.
The Pacific Islanders will play against Ireland, France and England next month.
