The Pacific Games organising committee has decided to allow the sporting organisations for the late registrations although the Games gets underway next week.
The executive board has by a split vote agreed to reverse its earlier decision of December 2006, to suspend Protocol 7.17 in respect to the Pacific Games only and thus allow for late registrations.
Pacific Games Council president, Vidhya Lakhan said the sporting organisations submitting late entries shall provide a signed certificate that they have read and complied with the Pacific Games Charter and have until tomorrow night to do so.
Meanwhile Team Fiji chef de mission Patrick Bower said their registrations are in place and they don't need to make any last minute changes.
The Pacific Games officially gets underway next Saturday in Apia.
