The Public Works Department has taken note of the bad road conditions in most parts of Nasinu and has assured the people that necessary repair works will be carried out.
Spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete said road maintenance in Maqbool Road, Narere Road and roads in Caubati and Muanikoso have been ignored for sometime which had made the situation worse.
She added they have adopted a new plan now which will ensure that repair works on the roads are carried out.
Fijivillage had highlighted about the poor road conditions in these areas earlier this week.
