The Public Service Commission may be in a position to take some action in two weeks on 5 year old Shavneet Kumar's case who died at the CWM Hospital after being in coma for eight days last month.
Chairman Rishi Ram confirms receiving a report from the tribunal of the Health Ministry yesterday.
Ram said he has not seen the report yet as the issue will be discussed in the PSC meeting.
Shavneet's parents are expected to take legal action following the findings of the investigation.
Shavneet, who was taken into the operation theatre to straighten his fractured arm went into a coma and was put on life support machine soon after. He died eight days later.
Health Ministry Officials said the post mortem results will be kept confidential until the Health Ministry decides to make public the findings of the Inquiry team.
