The Public Service Commission is in the process of consulting all the government ministries and unions to discuss about the outsourcing of public services.
Permanent Secretary Taina Tagicakibau said they do not want to make any workers redundant and will be looking for funds from interested parties to go ahead with the outsourcing plan.
She said the unions have been told about the plan and they know it is a matter between them and the interim government to handle.
PSC is expected to meet with the Unions later this week.
