Interim Minister for Public Service Commission Poseci Bune said the PSC is not reaping the benefits from the millions of tax dollars used for overseas training for civil servants.
Speaking at a recent workshop Bune said they are now reviewing the various training programs.
Bune also stressed that the entire civil service is being reviewed to ensure that money is saved and the work is more effective.
