The Public Service Commission is in the process of putting together the final draft of the legislation on the proposed Disciplinary Tribunal.
Chairman Josefa Serulagilagi said the Tribunal will address the number of disciplinary cases which have been lost due to ignorance of procedures and laxity on the part of the Ministries.
Serulagilai said they will put their submission forward at the next cabinet meeting.
The Tribunal's proceedings will be similar to that of a Magistrate's Court with the objective of hearing all disciplinary cases, regarding civil servants.
