The Public Employees Union is calling on the Public Service Commission to follow normal procedures in talking to the Unions before deciding on outsourcing Public Services.
General Secretary Pita Delana said they submitted a proposal to PSC last week and are awaiting a reply.
He said they will go against any decision that will affect the Union members.
His comment comes after the PSC suggested earlier this month to outsource public services, reduce the budget on salaries and wages, voluntary redundancy and freezing all vacancies and acting allowances.
