The Public Service Commission is still awaiting the post mortem result of 5 year old Shavneet Kumar from the Health Ministry who died after being in a coma for eight days at the CWM hospital.
Chairman Rishi Ram said they need the results to further investigate the matter to determine whether there was any negligence by any doctor or nurse.
Meanwhile, Shavneet's aunt, Shobna Sharma told Village News this morning that Health Ministry officials are refusing to give them the post mortem results and they were told to get the report from the police last week.
Health Permanent Secretary, Dr Lepani Waqatakirewa said he only knows that Shavneet's family was called by health officials last week. He said he is not in a position to comment further.
CID Officers confirm they are still investigating the matter and refused to comment further.
