The Fiji Public Service Association claims that the Public Service Commission appointments are being dictated by the interim government.
General Secretary Rajeshwar Singh said association members have raised concern on actions taken by the PSC over the past year.
He said the association had found out that the Director of Lands was wrongfully removed from his position in relation to the payment of rent for the empty office space at Kadavu House.
PSC Chairman Rishi Ram denies that the Interim Government is dictating terms to the PSC. He said the proper procedures are being followed.
Ram is expected to make further comments later today.
