The Public Service Commission is in the process of laying charges on the five Doctors who were being questioned in relation to the death of 5-year-old Shavneet Kumar.

Parents of Shavneet had demanded for an investigation after their son died at the CWM Hospital earlier this year. He was taken into hospital for a fractured arm but went into a coma following an operation to straighten his arm.

PSC Chairman, Rishi Ram confirmed the investigations are completed and charges are expected to be laid soon.
