The Public Service Commission (PSC) has confirmed that charges are expected to be laid against Defense Permanent Secretary Malakai Tadulala later today.
Chairman Rishi Ram said the PSC is currently focusing on the allegations leveled against him.
It is alleged that Tadulala failed to take disciplinary action against an immigration officer.
