The Public Service Commission will be deciding on the case of 5 year old Shavneet Kumar this week who died after being in coma for 8 days after an operation at the CWM hospital last year.
Chairman Rishi Ram said that the hearing is complete and a decision is expected soon.
He also said that they are also looking into the case where a baby died soon after injected by a nurse in Labasa.
