Civil servants arriving late to work and leaving early and taking excessive sick leave will be disciplined.
Public Service Commission Chairman Rishi Ram reveals that the message has been sent to all heads of ministries to ensure that civil servants are providing efficient services to the taxpayers of the country.
Ram stresses that there won't be any preferential treatment.
