The Public Service Commission has made arrangements to share the work load of three Ministries after two Permanent Secretaries were sent on leave and one Permanent Secretary is planning to quit his job. Local Government Permanent Secretary, Litia Mawi has been sent on leave after she was demoted on allegations of non-performance.
Defence Permanent Secretary, Malakai Tadulala has also been sent on leave pending investigations and Lands, Mineral Resources Permanent Secretary, Rohit Kishore is expected to start his new job at USP from next month.
PSC Permanent Secretary, Taina Tagicakibau confirms the work load in the three ministries is being shared.
