Public Service Commission has completed the hearing against two doctors who allegedly breached the public service code of conduct when dealing with the case of 5yr old Shavneet Kumar.
However, PSC Chairman Rishi Ram said charges against another doctor have also been dropped and only two doctors are now facing the charges.
Ram said they are yet make decision on the outcome of the hearing.
Meanwhile, Interim Health Minister Dr Jiko Luveni said she cannot say much on why the charges against the doctor have been dropped.
5yr old Shavneet Kumar had died last year in September, eight days after he had slipped in a coma following an operation on his fractured arm.
