The Public Service Commission will appeal the Employment Tribunal's decision which has ordered the government to fully restore the civil servant's paycut to March 2007.
Public Service Commission Chairman, Dr Mohammed Yunus confirmed this saying they are seeking legal advice on the matter adding it is their right to appeal the decision.
The Fijian Teachers Association, President Tevita Koroi said they are not surprised about the PSC wanting to appeal however adding they are happy with the decision of the Tribunal to order the back pay as they did follow all procedures.
