The permanent secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office Lieutenant Colonel Pio Tikoduadua has strongly refuted claims of human rights violations in Fiji.
Speaking at the 10th anniversary of the Fiji Human Rights Commission, Tikoduadua stressed that no one has so far proven that their rights have been violated in anyway.
Tikoduadua then asked the FHRC to relook and assess what it has done in the last 10 years and figure out if the work being carried out by the commission is relevant and sufficient.
