All players wishing to contest for a place in the Flying Fijians for the Pacific Rugby Cup competition will have to impress the selectors at the last trials in Suva on February 9th.

High Performance Unit Manager Talemo Waqa said that players will also be selected from the Fiji Warriors team that will travel for a two match tour to Australia at the end of next month.

The two match tour to Australia will be an opportunity for local based players to put their hands up for selection towards the Pacific Rugby Cup, and ultimately the Rugby World Cup and the door is still open to overseas based players.

The tour will include a game against the Melbourne Rebels on January 29th in Ballarat and a week later on February 4th against the Waratahs at the Sydney Football Stadium.
