Fiji would need some reforms to their electoral process however changes should be brought about through an elected government.
These were the words of a Member of the Ministerial Contact Group, PNG Foreign Affairs Minister, Samuel Abal who said the Group supports reforms but through the normal process.
Abal said it is not easy to speak on electoral reforms and whether an interim or elected government can bring about these changes, as they are not dealing with elected political leaders.
