To acknowledge the contributions of the early Fijians who helped bring Christianity to Papua New Guinea, a group of Christian mothers from Madang Province are embarking on a "goodwill trip" to Fiji this September.
Group Coordinator Mary Zale told Radio Australia that they have been invited to attend a thanks giving ceremony later this year.
Zale said this will also give them the opportunity to share that traditions and cultures with their counterparts in Fiji.
