The Prime Minister's Road Map for Democracy and Sustainable Socio-Economy Development is in its final consultation stages before it is released.

At the moment, the Prime Minister’s Office reveals that they are having consultations with the various Government Ministries so that their corporate plans are aligned with the Road map.

According to Commodore Bainimarama, this Road map will address issues such as the Electoral Systems, service delivery and Fiji's social and economic situation both on the local and International Arena.

This Roadmap is for 2009-2014 and is expected to be released soon.

Meanwhile, Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister's Office, Lt. Colonel Pio Tikoduadua when asked by Fijivillage news as whether this was the Road Map to democracy that the international community has been demanding, Tikoduadua said Government remains firm, and this is the only way for Change for Fiji, and it will be from 2009 until 2014.
