Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama is expected to leave for Malaysia on Friday to sign off on a major loan deal.
Bainimarama is expected to sign a $40 million loan agreement with the Exim Bank in Malaysia.
Permanent Secretary at the PM's Office Lieutenant Colonel Pio Tikoduadua said the $40 million will be used for road upgrading projects around the country.
