Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama is expected to deliver a revised budget address to the nation next Friday.

Commodore Bainimarama is expected to deliver the address at the Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority building.

He is expected to return from Abu Dhabi this weekend.

It was earlier announced that the Government is currently undertaking an internal review of its 2010 Budget.

The statement said that the 2010 Budget did not envisage the devastation left by cyclones Tomas and Mick.

It said that these natural disasters required the rehabilitation and construction of infrastructure, additional agriculture assistance, and the provision of additional allocations to the health and education sectors.

It is estimated that the additional funds required for such purposes will be at least $30million.
