Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama last night launched Netball Fiji's campaign to the World Netball Championship which will be held in Singapore next year.
Commodore Bainimarama praised the efforts of the National Netball players and executives who made Fiji proud this year by becoming the fifth ranked team in the world.
The Prime Minister has urged corporate bodies to come forward and support the team so that Fiji can display a much better performance at the World meet.
Bainimarama said his Government will also come in to help if the need arises.
Netball Fiji currently need's around $650,000 for preparations and participation at the World meet.
A series of training camps and build up tours has also been planned for the National Netball team.
The World Netball Championship will be held in July next year in Singapore.
