Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama is now hoping that the Commonwealth group will visit Fiji and talk to the government about how the country can move towards true democracy.

Bainimarama has already written to the Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group and hopes that the Commonwealth provides assistance to Fiji.

He said Fiji's roadmap is already set and the ultimatum by CMAG to have elections by next year is out of the question.
