The Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has called on the people living in Lovu, Vadravadra and Yadua in Gau not to be easily lured into quick rich schemes that will be presented to them.
Bainimarama made the comments after it was revealed that a Chinese company had approached the village stating they could cultivate the 168 hectares of pine that are ready to be harvested.
However while addressing the villagers in Lovu, Bainimarama reiterated that they should be cautious.
