The time to act is now and not tomorrow.
That is the message from Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama calling on for more support for the work done by FENC Fiji in assisting the education of needy children in the country, as he launched FENC Fiji's "Seeds of Hope", a video based on the struggles of individual families assisted by Fence last night at the Parliament Complex in Nasese.
Commodore Bainimarama highlighted that the poor families are often large and use up most of their time in struggling to make ends meet for their daily survival.
He added that it is important that everyone join together in addressing the issue of poverty in the country.
So far, more than 870 families in the country have been assisted by FENC Fiji.
