The Price and Incomes Board have announced the reduction in price for Australian Calrose rice from tomorrow.
According to PIB the new price for 10kg Australian Calrose rice which was $11.20 will now be $10.23 while the 12x12Kg rice will cost consumers $26.13 which was selling at $28.47 currently.
PIB has advised retailers that any old stock bought before 19th July will not reflect the increased prices.
It has also advised consumers that the above prices will differ in other areas due to additional cartage and delivery charges.
