The Prices and Incomes Board is calling for reactions to its proposal to regulate the maximum retail price of 13kg cylinder liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

The proposed retail price for a 13kg LPG cylinder is $38, to be sold on Viti Levu including any other islands within the Fiji Group that are joined to the main island by a brigde or motorway, while the proposed price for all areas outside Viti Levu including Rotuma, is $41.

PIB Secretary Ane Naulivou says people are given 14 days to give their opinions on these prices which she adds are not the final prices.
