The Permanent Secretary for Information said Fiji is under a new Legal Order and the country will continue to have the Public Emergency Regulation for now.
Speaking to Radio NZ, Major Neumi Leweni said Fiji continues trading as normally with overseas countries and the government does not want any negativity.
