This has been confirmed by the Permanent Secretary for National Planning Peter Wise who said the amount needed for the rehabilitation work is approximately $100 million dollars.
Wise said a meeting was held earlier where these donors were given a copy of the consolidated reports on the damages incurred from the floods.
Wise adds the overseas donors will assess the report and highlight which areas they will be able to help fund.
Meanwhile, Rehabilitation work at 80 schools around the country funded by the EU, Australian Government and the Prime Minister's Rehabilitation funds continues.
Interim Education Minister Filipe Bole said the EU is funding 41 schools spending a total of $955,000 on their rehabilitation. Of these 41 schools 32 are in the Western Division, six in the North and three in the Central Division.
