Digicel Fiji 7's coach, Alifereti Dere said the overseas based players in the National 7's squad are adjusting well despite being out of top level 7's rugby.

Dere said the overseas based players in the squad have jelled in well with the local players and the team will be playing some build up matches against local clubs next week to get the fine tuning.

Meanwhile, Dere has hinted that experienced players and those who have speed to burn are expected to make up the 16 member team that he will submit to the Fiji Rugby Union today.

The team went through a fitness test yesterday afternoon.

Dere has already given the final 12 member team to the IRB but that will not be revealed to the public until next week.

The 7's Rugby World Cup will be held from the 28th to the 30th of this month in Moscow.

Fiji is pooled with defending champions Wales, Tonga and Uruguay.
