Development of soccer in the country will not move forward with the inclusion of overseas based players in district teams during major soccer tournaments in the country.
Those were the views of Ba's President Rishi Kumar after the IDC tournament in Ba on Sunday afternoon.
Kumar says when overseas based players leave, the district will once again suffer as there is no development plan for their team.
The most successful President in the local soccer arena to guide his team to win most of the major soccer prizes in the country also believes that Fiji FA President Dr Sahu Khan should have stepped in to stop the recruiting of foreign players as it will not help the national side.
