The Fiji Police Force has so far uprooted marijuana plants in the highlands of Navosa worth over $500 million.

Officer-In-Charge Drugs, ASP Sakeo Ganivatu has revealed that two major drugs raids were carried out in the interior of Navosa this year and Marijuana plants worth more than $500 million have been uprooted and destroyed.

ASP Ganivatu believes that many Marijuana farms still exist in the Navosa highlands and according to the information they have received, the drugs from these farms are still being supplied to towns and cities.
