The Suva Crime Free Committee has profiled more than 100 people who are living on the streets of Suva.
Committee Secretary Anare Masitabua told Fijivillage that as part of their crime prevention efforts they have now become more people focused and are trying to determine the reasons people end up on the streets or get involved in crimes.
Meanwhile, he also added that there are 16 street hawkers, these are the people who sell artificial jewellry on the streets of Suva, 25 are street walkers, 68 wheelbarrow boys, 22 shoe shine boys and 18 wheelbarrow boys have proper license.
