They have done it before but the Ovalau 15's rugby team knows on Saturday it will take more than guts to beat Nadroga in the first BSP Farebrother Sullivan trophy challenge.

The old capital boys last tasted a win of the prestigious prize of rugby in 2003 when they defeated Lautoka in the first challenge but lost it to Namosi in their second defense.

Their record in Lawaqa Park has not been good as they have yet to taste a win in the rugby mad province of Nadroga, who will again have the support of their home crowd to do better than last weekend's loss to Naitasiri.

Ovalau lost badly to Nadroga 59-13 in the provincial rugby round robin games and they have to lift their performance on Saturday to give Nadroga a good run at Lawaqa Park.

The Nadroga and Ovalau BSP Farebrother Sullivan trophy challenge starts on Saturday at 3pm and you catch a live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
