The Fiji Nursing Association said reforms to outsource public services will fail.
General Secretary, Kuini Lutua said these plans to outsource services are a worry to the Association.
Lutua uses water as an example on why such outsourcing reforms will not work.
This comes after the Fiji Nursing Association received correspondence from the Public Service Commission on February the 7th, stating its suggestions on the outsourcing of public services, reducing the budget on salaries and wages, voluntary redundancy and freezing all vacancies and acting allowances.
