Outrigger on the Lagoon Fiji's General Manager has received the award for the South Pacific Hotel Manager of the Year at the HM Awards in Sydney last week.
Award winner Darren Shaw had taken the position of the hotel general manager in 2006 and commended his hardworking staff at the hotel and the hotel newly renovated facilities for his success.
Shaw said his hotel's team worked hard to keep the visitors’ rate at the hotel high for the past three months and has assured the visitor rate will still go strong in the coming months.
