The outcome of the consultations on the Draft People's Charter will determine the next step we have to take towards elections.
These are the words of the new Supervisor of Elections, Felicity Heffernan at the Gender Based Election Cycle Workshop at Pacific Harbour, who said they are waiting for the consultations on the draft charter to finish.
Heffernan said the outcome will decide whether they will have to change the current alternative voting system.
