Patrick Osborne and Setareki Tamanivalu have been named in the New Zealand Barbarians side that will face the Maori All Blacks at Eden Park this Saturday.

Osborne’s selection comes after an impressive season with the Highlanders while Setareki Tamanivalu is part of the All Blacks wider training squad for the Rugby World Cup.

The Barbarians side also includes George Moala and Tom Taylor, who were both in Samoa with the All Blacks.

Cory Jane will also be making his long‑awaited comeback from injury.

Other features of the squad are the selection of seven players who were involved in the Super Rugby final.

The Barbarians will be coached by Highlanders assistant coach Scott McLeod, along with Hawkes Bay's Craig Philpott and Auckland's Paul Feeney.

This match will be the first between the two teams since the 2010 Maori Centenary Series, when the Maori All Blacks defeated the Barbarians 37‑31.

The Maori All Blacks will meet the New Zealand Barbarians at 7.35pm this Saturday.
