"Every team begins with the same chances of succeeding and it is a matter of making use of opportunities."

That is the sentiment of Digicel Fiji 7s Coach Iliesa Tanivula as the side prepares for the Carlton 7s in Sri Lanka, in their final build up for the start of the IRB World 7s series in Dubai next weekend.

This is the first time the national side will be taking part in the Sri Lankan Tournament, but are ranked favourites ahead of the Australian Legends and the Waisale Serevi coached Papua New Guinea side.

After close to four months of training and the return of national reps William Ryder, Lepani Nabuliwaqa and Setefano Cakau, Tanivula is confident his boys will deliver the results this weekend.

Fiji's first game in the Carlton 7s in Sri Lank is against the Australian Legends at 6.30pm this Saturday.
