Only one spot is left to be confirmed for the Deans trophy U-19 1/4 final after the respective zones qualifier confirm their places yesterday.

In the Western Zone the final of between, Ratu Navula and Lomawai next weekend will determine which school will come in as the number 1 and who will be the runner up.

In the semifinal, Ratu Navula defeated Saint Thomas 34 - 9 while Lomawai beat neighbors Nadroga/Navosa 24-14.

In the Southern Zone, Nasinu Secondary School is the top qualifier after beating Suva Grammar 8-3 in the final.

John Wesley will be for the first time featured in the Deans 1/4 final after defeating Marist Brothers 15-5 for the 3rd place play-off.

RKS is the number one team from the Eastern Zone and defending champion Lelean are in as the second seeded team while QVS will need to beat Navuso next weekend to confirm their place in the U-19 1/4 finals.

The Deans trophy 1/4 final is scheduled for the 7th of August.
