Former Fiji welterweight and middleweight champion Tevita Vakalalabure is taking one day at a time as 10 days remain before he makes his long awaited comeback next weekend.
The 38 year old Natewa man, whose last fight was against Joy Ali in 2003 where he was knocked out in the third round, said his fight against Joe Naleca will be a good start for him.
Promoter Abdul Feroz said the bout will be an interesting one as Vakalalabure has only lost 8 fights and is looking at facing off with Ali later this year.
Vakalalabure has fought 24 fights, won 14 and lost 8.
The Toe-to-Toe Boxing Promotion will be held next Saturday at the Vodafone Arena.
