Police are investigating the death of a one-year old boy whose body was found floating in the sea, in Yasawa yesterday afternoon.
Assistant Spokesperson, Atunaisa Sokomuri has confirmed that the body was located by a 17yr old girl about 10 yards away from her house.
According to police the child walked out of the house while his parents were busy inside.
Meanwhile, a 37yr old man of Navua is admitted in hospital after his wife allegedly poured hot water on him.
It is alleged that the incident took place after a domestic dispute. The man received more than 10 percent burns.
