All the three pool matches for the OFC Olympic soccer qualifiers have been postponed due to adverse weather conditions in New Zealand today including wind gusts of up to 100 km/hr.

OFC confirmed the decision after a meeting involving all major stakeholders including FIFA, OFC, NZ Football, the Taupo District Council and stadium staff.

The Fiji Under 23 soccer team will play Vanuatu tomorrow if weather permits.

Fiji is highly likely to play Papua New Guinea or New Zealand in the semifinals.

To qualify for the Olympics in June, Fiji now needs to win the semifinals and final.
