More of our nurses will leave for greener pastures at a younger age.
Those are the words of Fiji Nurses Association General Secretary Kuini Lutua who said the result of the retirement age now being at 55, will be that more young nurses will leave instead of waiting till they reach retirement.
Lutua said Fiji will not only continue to lose more nurses this way, but also skilled workers.
