Nothing is impossible says Gospel High sprinter
These are the words of Gospel High School Intermediate Girls sprinter, Younis Bese ahead of the Coca Cola Games this month.
Bese is on track to defend her Intermediate girls 100 meters title after clocking the fastest time during the Suva Zone Two meet with a time of 12.05 seconds.
The 17-year-old says she knows how tough it is to defend her title as she is expected to face stiff competition from Kaylor Yee of Yat Sen Secondary School.
Another athlete who is also gunning for the title will be Alaiwalu Rayawa of Adi Cakobau School whose personal best time stands at 12.10 seconds.
Meanwhile, the National Torch relay for the Coca Cola games is currently on its way to Queen Victoria School.
It will travel to the Lomaiviti Group tonight.
The Coca Cola Game will be held on the 25th and 26th of this month.
