Nothing has been finalised with regards to using Rugby League players for the 7's or 15's campaign.
Fiji National Rugby League Official Rusi Ratakele said that there has been alot of talk, however they have been involved with training programs with 7's wizard, Waisale Serevi in the past years.
Meanwhile, Vodafone Fiji Bati captain Wes Naiqama is the lone overseas based rep who will be in the country for this Friday's Fiji National Rugby League Awards night.
Naiqama, who led the Bati to the historical semi-final in the Rugby League World Cup last year is expected to be in the country by today.
